Christmas time is here...

A couple weeks ago we went out to hunt down the perfect Christmas tree and we ended up with two! One "big" and one "little". We asked my niece Kailyn to come over and help us decorate the little tree. We went to the dollar store and she picked out some ornaments. She did a great job! She picked all green, red and gold ornaments and candy canes. She likes the candy canes because I told her she could pick one off the tree every time she comes over. Other than decorating the trees, putting out a few decorations and hanging Christmas lights on the house (Ben's job) we've done nothing for Christmas. No parties, shopping, baking, etc... Life seems to be so busy. We spent the last week at the church rehearsing for our Christmas musical which was Friday through today. It went well, great response, everyone did such a good job, but we're glad to be done and ready to move onto our next big adventure. Emmaline is due in two weeks, but she could come any time. Although I feel like our house is a wreck after being gone every night this week we are ready. I know God has been preparing us and I'm ready to meet her. And to be done with this heartburn for a while!
